Hello Larry, I insured my tractors with State Farm. We have our house insured with them and a couple cars. I do not own any land either. Agent told me that if I stored my tractors on my property they would be covered but not if they are stored at another location or even if you would take it next door! I store my tractors at my businesses shop. They classified them as Antique or Classis Motor Vehicles. Each has it’s own policy. Even have ID cards to put in the Glove Box! :-) Coverage is as follows: Liability 100/300 Medical payments $100,000 each person $100 Deductible Comprehensive 7 Collision Even covers uninsured motorist 100/300 Cost is $60-80 per tractor per year depending on value. My tractors are 1930 Case Model C, 1936 Farmall F-20, 2-1937 Farmall F-20’s, 1938 Case Model L, and a1945 Farmall H. State Farm will not cover the tractor if it is used in competition (tractor pulls, etc). My local Club has that coverage for all members while they are at any events.
