Alan, I was looking for a similar thing a couple years back. Without the benefit of this board, however. All the suggestions you got so far are right on, especially about live PTO and Hydraulics. I ended up buying a Ferguson TO30. It is on a small side, but can handle 5 foot disk, bushhog, back blade, etc. I am into it at this point for about $4800 which includes buying new implements (couldn't find anything used that wasn't ready for scrap yard) and converting the tractor to 12 volt. I really wish I spent the time and found the tractor with the bucket.
