995 david brown, adjustable width rims are shot!!!!!!!!!

i have a 995 david brown and the rear adjustable width rims don't hold no more,i tried to have them welded but didn't and i even welded myself but didn't hold. i would like to make solid rims or if i can find good used set to go on that aren;t adjustable width.
