Is Rhino Tractor company still in business?

I'm trying to track down my grandfathers tractor. My aunt traded it in to a Rhino dealer in 1994. The dealer is no longer in business. I tried finding Rhino through google.com but only came up with people selling parts for Rhino tractors. I called another "former" Rhino dealer to see if they had a contact phone number for Rhino. The 800 number they had on file is now disconnected.

Now I'm trying to search through my state commerce dept to see if I can find out who might have the old records from the defunct dealer. I'm hoping to find out who they sold the old tractor to.
