The nearest JD Lawn and Garden dealer to me does not have the ag parts catalogs nor do they pretend to know much about the ag machinery, but if they are given a JD part number- any JD part number- and it is at all available from JD warehouse, the L&G dealer will have it the next day. This dealer is prospering in all aspects of their business. The dealer who does not respond to customer needs will not be in business very long.
