Sounds to me like the problem is your dealer. Some of us still have good dealers who realize what equipment is working in their area and keep the parts to service it. In their defense, can you imagine having to increse you parts inventory every year to keep up with the new models. Even though it is agrivating, I can understand when they don't stock parts that are notcalled for often, but filters, and other service items should be there. My local Carquest dealer stocks most service and tune-up parts I need. Remember, Deere is not the only game in town for these older tractors and equipment
