The buzzing is the pump cavitating( having a hard time picking up the cold oil). The reason it likely stops when you load it is the engine slowing under load. Turn the relief valve back to where it was and idle it untill it warms up if you don't mind doing that. Cavitation is the caused by intake line restriction. Airation, sucking air at the inlet line sounds the same but would stay the same or get worse when the oil warmed up. Either one of these can cause erosion of metal inside of the pump. If idleing doesn't stop it check the suction line, it may have a screen that needs cleaning.
