MF model 85 Power Steering

I am having trouble with my power steering, I have replace the bottom seal 4 times, I was told to replace the relief valve in the front of the tranmission, but that didn't help. I have replace the seals in the stearing cyl. that didn't help,I have replace the springs between the plungers. If anyone can help me PLEASE DO, It turns to the right easy, but hard to turn to the left, Then blows the seal again(10-947-2524 Thank You For Your Help
