There is a place out in the midwest that will sell you the engine and all the retro fit parts you need to do this conversion, but you will pay for it. I think they start thier kits at about $9K and it goes up from there. I am thinking I have about $6K in my conversion but the engine that I used was not new, it was a rebuilt engine out of a Case tractor.
