Yes, that definitely is. Been getting letters in the mail & e-mails like that off & on for years. But this new scam is different. We listed a 670 Super and the scam guy's response e-mail says "Interested in your MM 670 Super......" and goes on to ask questions about it and talk bottom dollar price, just like any other tractor transaction on the net. He was specific & was talking tractors; not all that other garbage they put in those long letters like you shared above.
