Ford 8N died and lost spark.

I came across a guy who has an old 8N and it died when he was mowing and hit a mound of dirt with the bush hog.It lost spark and hasn't started since.He put in a new cap, rotor, wires, plugs, points, condensor, and coil and it still won't start.Could it have sheared off someting on the distributor or internally in the engine? Any ideas? Thanks, Ben.
PS The distributor is on the front right of the engine.
