What a great story! No real farmers in my family tree, sad to say. Only teachers and preachers, of which I am one. Still, an "Uncle Reg" is sort of what I am on Saturdays, a "gentleman farmer" of sorts. When I retire, it will be moreso. In short,I have nowhere to go but up when it comes to the electrics on the Jubilee. But I do love trying to figure these kinds of things out and really love getting something old and run down to purr again, so thanks for both the story and the good advice. I will write you back when I change out the regulator (after first testing the battery!). Peace, Thom
