just a suggestion if just mowing get a newer front cutter zero turn will cut a lot more and have most of the trimming finished in a lot less time than a 8n and you will be able to do large jobs and small ones and won't leave tracks on wet days it better to spend a little more up front and not be broke down all the time and do any job that comes up good luck with new sights go for the moon
