My father-in-law passed away in Nov. and I have the job of fixing and selling his equipment. He had a Ford Diesel 4000, with the Select-a-Speed transmission, in other words, I guess, an automatic. Have had some work done, new fuel pump, switch, muffler, etc. Runs great, starts like a top. Anyway, I have had some conflicting opinions from a couple of people. I think the tractor is in the l963 to-65, or so. They tell me the Select-a-speed lowers value. I am possibly gonna buy it and sell my 9n, but I don't know what a reasonable offer would be. Any help would be appreciated. Tom
