frozen twisted bolts

To remove a frozen bolt twisted off, order a reverse twist drillbit from a machine tool supplier the tap drill size of the bolt to be removed also you can heat the bolt to about 400 to 500 degrees, (not red) cause it will harden the bolt, then take bee's wax and stick it to the bolt and heat affected area then use the reverse twist drill bit ,it will come out most always, this works geat for broken taps also, just weld something on the tap, heat it, melt in the wax and remove tap.jim @ [email protected]
