1959 Case 600B Case-O-Matic

I am looking to purchase a '59 600B tractor and the seller has identified 3 current mechanical problems. #1. Minor leak in the power steering. #2. Difficulty getting the tractor into gear (clutch problem?). #3. PTO - also tough to engage. He says these problems have existed for the past four years and that it's operable in the state it's in. My question: Are these Case tractors reliable and worth fixing up and are the problems identified reparable at a reasonable dollar amount relative to the value of the tractor? Please help!!!
