I shoot digital with my Nikon Coolpix 995 and I like it very much. I can print the pics I want right off my printer or store them on my hard drive or take my smart media card to Walmart and print out on the spot or leave them for printing. I can also send them over the net to Kodak or other on-line services and have hard copies made and sent to me, usually within 72 hours. For hard copy I shot with my 1950's Contax, but the modern, relatively inexpensive Canon EOS series cams are hard to beat for ease of use and quality pics. I have had pics published from all three cams, so anyone of them does the job. The Nikon digi is a bit pricey, but Olympus makes good digis for just a few hundred bucks.
