Nope, close though the ones I like are similar to the MAX plugs, but cut 'em off 1/4" from the top and give 'em a semi-rigid post in the center. I like 'em because the post makes insertion and removal easy. The bell part kinda makes a suction cup effect to hold 'em in my ear, and the rubbery plastic makes 'em real easy to clean. They used to be for sale everywhere. Now I haven't seen 'em in a long time.
