350,000+ miles on a 91 F350 w/7.3. One quart of Lucas every other oil change @ 5000 miles. Had the heads worked at around 250,000-300,000 miles and put in a set of crankshaft bearings at that time. The bearings were showing brown on the thrust tips but the faces were all still good. I use Lucas fuel treatment once a month with a fill up and have never had to replace and injector or rebuild the injector pump yet.
