I hate to say it, but trading tractors is easiest/cheapest. Best is pretty personal. The belly pump is pretty stout if it has been overhauled and updated, but it won't be live.

To put live hydraulics on a regular M you need an M&W add-on pump. Another option would be a 400/450 pump but that requires more parts, like at least a different front cover and maybe a diferent cam. Then you need the valve(s) and hoses. It's not cheap or easy.
