It will probably end up being a choise of what ever you can find in your area. Compact parts are out of this world price wise, and it looks like Kioti wins in this department with lower parts priceing. Around my area a lot of yuppies and landscapers have bought Kubota's in years past, and are now tradeing them in. Those trade in's look pretty used up for the hours they have on them! Personally, i don't think i'd buy a used compact unless i knew it's history, as for the most part the origional buyers are inexpierenced in operateing equipment and cause a lot more wear than needed for the hours. They leave them in 4wd on pavement, run them into piles of dirt, try to pull stumps ect., and generally use them for a "utility tractor" that they aren't. Hope this helps, Robert
