A standard 40 X 48 GMA pallet weighs about 60 pounds. You can estimate your crating from there or unpack and save all of the lumber and weigh it. I would complain to the ICC, DOT, your State Attorney General, etc. With these marvelous computers doing the writing you can make a crook a truckloead of trouble real easy; and they got it coming! You might get a friend to help with the weighing of the dunnage for verification purposes.
