Call the shipper. He is probably a regular cust. of Yellow and should be able to straighten it out. On the top right of your frt bill the is a 800 cust service no for Yellow, try that too. Can you proof the correct wt ? I would have refused del untill they straightened it out although the average cust does't know that. All Yellow terminals have a scale on at least one fork truck to verify wt. Y ou will be charged for the wt. of the packaging also. Been there and done that for about 28years now.
