NO FIRE

I HAVE CURRENTLY REWIRED AND CONVERTED MY 9N TO 12VOLT. MY PROBLEM IS I CAN'T GET FIRE TO THE PLUGS. I PUT A NEW 12VBATTERY, COIL, WIRES, PLUGS, POINTS, ECT. USING A BULB TEST LIGHT, WITH THE KEY ON, I GET POWER TO THE TOP OF THE COIL, I GET POWER TO THE BOTTOM OF THE COIL TO THE BRASS PIG TAIL. I DON'T GET POWER TO THE PIECE ON THE BOTTOM OF THE COIL THAT TOUCHS THE DISTRIBUTOR CAP. POINTS ARE SET AT 25. I DON'T THINK I'M GETTING FIRE TO THE POINTS, BUT NOT SURE HOW TO CHECK. ENGINE TURNS OVER FINE. THANKS FOR ANY HELP.
