The key word beeing used here is "UTILITY"....a utility tractor was built low to the ground and is very stable.....a row crop such as a Farmall M with a wide front is in no way as stable as a 400 utility....by the time the (M/wide front)tractor is over far enough for the front axel stops to hit the tractor is more than likey going on over....I believe in my 60 years experance,if you need a row crop, fine....if you want a wide front get a low slung utility,with there standard wide front....Just because a utility is more stable, don't think a row crop with a wide front is also, not true.....been there /done that......Don
