I just repaired & replaced the fuel tank on a '55 Ferguson Deluxe (Gas). During its "test drive" the tractor ran rough during its initial idle, smoothed out after a few minutes and I was able to drive it about 1.5 miles. While I was driving, the engine simply died. No cough, sputter, or any other indicator of problems. I opened the reserve (there was gas in the tank) and it wouldn't start. I filled the tank with fuel and it still wouldn't start. Fuel is reaching the carburetor; it pours out when I disconnect the fuel line. Some background, I recently bought the tractor and just replaced the points, plugs, plug wires, and starter before repairing the fuel tank. Any ideas??? Jim
