well first off, many guys use the N series and many are happy.....but their non live hydrolics may hurt ya in the mowing part of life. It is true that parts are available like Wal*Marts are placed. Another viable option is a slightly used tractor from the sixties. For not much more you could get a Ford-2000, 3000, 4000 and their variations or a IH -240, 340, 404, 504, 544, 606, etc. These tractors are larger, better hydrolics setups, and are usually safer..I also suggest a widefront for whatewver tractor you buy, they are way safer( for the wife's sake)....that is my 2 1/2 cents.
