I have a Suzuki Samuria that I use as a farm vehicle. It is bigger than you want but I bought it wrecked and have less than $500 in it after I put new tires on it. It is legal to drive on the road and with 4wd it will go pretty much anywhere. It's only 5' wide and weights in at 2,000lbs so it's not very big but it works as hard as anything on the farm.
