It is difficult providing tech support for a product that you do not feel pride in. I have been there, However as a consumer, I would hate to pay 15-20K for a tractor that the manufacturer was sloppy enough to not even flush out the metal shavings. These shavings had to do some damage and shorten the life of the tractor. This poor quality control sounds as if Yugo is building Deere's now.
