OT: How to restart a water flooded fuel injected car engine

Er... injested a lil water Sunday mornin. Buick Skylark 3.0L Seq Port. Car quit. Car no go yet. Tried ether to dry it out. No go. (Wind blew it back in my face and I got a dandy headache from it, though...) Tried new spark plugs. No go. Tried unplugging the fuel pump to stop more fuel from entering. No go. Has spark, because it'll occaisionally fire. Any ideers?
