worth of a d-14

have located a allis d-14 for sale. was running when parked 2 years ago. owner says it used no oil and all the gears including the high-lo worked good. the rear tires are still up but worn out. the sheet iron is excellant. one big question mark is the muffler is gone and like many arkansas farmers he just stuck on a piece of 1-1/2" pipe which has no cover on it. would this allow rain to penetrate the valves or what? what do you think its worth? would really appreciate input from some of you experienced guys.
