rig a barrel of concrete up to your three point hitch. then rig a set of safty chains up from the top pin down to the barrel. this allows you to pick the barrel up high attach chains then drop the barrel down and let the chains carry the weight. alaso might try making a extension from drawbar back to carry some of the load. The more weight you hang off of the back the less damage you will do to your tractors front end.
