Well, the guy selling it said he'd never seen one before and that his friend made this one. So I figured the discussion was closed, but another board I asked about it is still in debate. I'll keep you posted if anyone finds out for sure. The brand name on this one says Catertiller, not sure if one was made by them that would have used this particular name anyway.
