Engine Help

I have an old four cyclinder international gas engine that is in an antique ice cream truck that I bought. I want to replace the engine but I don't know what I have. It is terribly rusted and the heads are missing. I know that the ice cream company was in business from 1959-1973.

The engine has a block number of 3554 71 R51 and is connected to an international transmission, Model UC60.

Can anyone tell me the specifics about this engine or steer me in the direction of someone who can tell me what I have?
