Check your bill of sale, if the box for "Sold As Is" is checked and u signed it then u really dont have much of case, if u signed nothing, then yes u do have a case. No offense to u, but for anyone who buys something, u never believe the man selling, u check that equipment over with a fine tooth comb, when ever i buy a tractor, i test drive it let it run for about 30 mins, then park it, while iam talking to the dealer or whoever, i check to make sure if there is any leak spots on the ground. I have to admit iam a lil extreme, but spending money on junk just isnt worth it.
