yes I do think you have a good case if the person didn't tell you about it If you purchased it as is in good running order and have something on paper to shows the judge I think you have a good case don't wait to long call the guy you got it from see what he got to say if he says to bad then you know he screwed you on purpose the judge doesn't want to here that good luck been their I won it cost me 100.00 for laywer that knows Eq. but was worth it
