Ray, where are you located? I have seen a lot of land selling like there is no recession or depression in the farming industry. A lot of it is going to older guys with serious money who got their a** burnt in the stock market. They figure that no matter how bad the economy gets at least they will still have their land. Their Enron stock certificates are only good as rough butt wipe.
