Starting A New Tractor Club! HELP!

I was wondering if anyone would have any information on the start up of a new tractor club. We are located in Northern Illinois and had about 50 members at our first meeting. I am looking into the incorporation through the state, but I am curious on what we will need to do for club insurance. Would we best better off hooking up with national club and being a side shoot of them? Any help is greatly appreciated!!
