pto clutch

I am about to replace the pto clutch on my 3020 john deere. I haven't removed the rear plate yet. I would like to know what is the worst problem I might have in removing the clutch and replacing it before I start. When I remove the rear plate, is there all kinds of things going to be popping out of it. I wanted to ask before I remove the first bolt. Thank you for any information on this subject.
