I just started collecting Old Iron last fall. I talked to my insurance company and they said that my homeowners policy (I live in town) will pick up the liability coverage as long as all I will do with the tractors is take them to shows, etc. To get coverage on the tractor itself for fire, thief they told me it will cost $2.75/hundred per year. I can cover any tractor up to $5000 without it being appraised. A $5,000 tractor would cost $138 per year. I have a "45 Farmall H, '30 Case Model C, and a '36 Farmall F-20. What are you guys doing to insure your Old Iron? Thanks for your time and interest. Dave Olson – East-Central Illinois
