JD 2510 engine

I am currently looking at JD 2510 that has the motor torn down because the block is cracked. I am really interested in this tractor and I could use some help. All of the sheet metal s good and all the parts are with it. I would like to now where I can find a good used engine block or complete running motor for it. I heard that a combine holds the same motor but I am not sure what model combine. Would I be best to pick up a complete new motor or build it up from the block?And what model combine has the same engine? If you could drop me a line I would really appreciate it.
