Ole, I live in Queensland, Australia. Australia is fairly diverse, as I understand the US is in crop selection, main growing seasons, irrigation etc. In Queensland we have two growing seasons, summer and winter. We have a mainly summer dominant rainfall pattern and rely on soil moisture storage and less frequent rains to grow winter crops. Have very wide diversity of crops, both horticultural and broadacre. Main problem recently has been servere drought, which has dramatically reduced planting and caused the exhaustion of irrigation water supplies. In Queensland widespread rain at the moment so things maybe looking up. Regards, Damon
