You can't attach a sicklebar mower to a 71 WH. The clutch turns too many rpm's. The right side running board would have to be removed also. The sicklebar mowers sold as attachments for WH tractors were made for WH by Brinly-Hardy, and will only fit right on tractors with the foot operated clutch pedel. These tractors were 68 and older, I think. They work real slick on these tractors.
