This debate has been going on for the last 40 years that I know of.All I know is all the engines that I built and used a good ND oil,I had no problems with.I tried going with the"break um in with what your gona use in um"4 or 5 times.I didn't like the results. So I'm back with the ND and no regrets.To each his own I guess,but it,s my check book and I have to live with the outcome. Jeff
