Break it in with the same oil you are going to run in it......start it and run at 1/2 speed for 1/2 hour.....watch the temp guage,oil pressure and look for leaks....change oil and filter an extra time,1/2 your normal time, do this twice then go to regular time changes......main thing to watch is oil pressure and water temp.....
