Bumpy ride

I have a 52 JD60 wide front and the other day I got it out to pull my truck out of the snow. I had to travel about 3-4 miles on side roads. The problem is that I was getting a terrible bump from the rear tires. The temperature outside was about 15-20 degrees above zero. I believe it was due to a flat spot in the tires from sitting for the last 3 months. We have had only 3-4 days above freezing in that time. Is this a possibility. I actually thought it would improve as far as I had to drive it but it did not. Any feedback would be appreciated.
