Bills statements are accurate about the snow, He is just north of Syracuse in central upstate NY, I am justsouth of Syracuse. Snow will settle down after it falls depending on the density of it(amount of moisture). We also had a thaw a few days ago, and as the ground never froze this winter due to heavy early snowfalls alot of snow has been melting from underneath and the water going into the ground. Having said that I'm ready for spring!!!!
