1466 ta and clutch

My 1466 is leaking hyd oil badly , likely from the seal on the power shaft. It slips in the field under load in both ta and dd but doesn't leak as much oil in ta as dd. I had the ta rebuilt about 4 years ago and wondered whether it was gone again or if the clutch was slipping because of the oil leak.Any info would help before I send it for repairs to get an idea what it would cost to fix.Thanks.
