GK, I'm not on a religious crusade or posturing as a bliblical scholar. I was just attempting to relate what the I've heard the national leadership of PETA frequently and consistently state, both on talk radio and on cable TV, their views denoucing traditional and biblical views about creation, the hierarchy of man over the animal kingdom, etc. Thus, they denounce our right to use animals for food, fur, medical research,etc, because, THEY claim, all animals, inlcuding man, are of equal stature. And, if you read more carefully, I'm suggesting, as the PETA spokespersons do, that PETA believers denounce religion, although some of their members try to make the tie. I don't. I think they're mutually exclusive.
