This will probably turn into a color war, but it's hard to beat the 4440. Better and more convenient cab, better tranny options, better hydraulics, easier wheel tread adjustment, more gear selections with the quad-range vs. the IH tranny, better clutch (perma-clutch wet-clutch vs. the dry IH clutch, and the list goes on. The 4440 will also maintain a higher resale value. All the way around it's hard to beat a 4440 in any category. I'd even take one over a lot of the newer tractors.
